- Burford Holdings Plc, where from 1986 to 1997, the company generated average annual total returns of 34%
- Prestbury Group PLC, which was listed in 1997 and privatised in 2000 following which it entered into a wind down period through to 2003 and where in the period from its listing through to 2003 it generated shareholder returns of over 25% per annum
- Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited is the private company that was created in 2000 following the privatisation of Prestbury Group PLC and, from its creation in 2000 until its latest report for the year ended 28 February 2022, the point at which its operations had significantly wound down, delivered average shareholder returns of 13.4% per annum
- Max Property Group Plc, where from its listing in the depths of the GFC market shut-down in 2009 to its sale to funds managed by Blackstone in 2014, an annual compound growth rate of 13.2% was delivered
- Secure Income REIT Plc (“SIR”), the very long income specialist UK REIT listed in 2014 and merged in 2022 with LXI REIT plc, a share for share merger where SIR shareholders had an option to take up to 25% of their consideration in cash, with the merger being effected at a value representing net asset per share growth plus dividends at a 16.5% per annum average return
